Store Exchange/Refund Policy:

NO refunds given for books purchased. A credit note may be issued within two (2) weeks of purchase if the book is in brand new condition and the receipt is presented. The only exception to this policy is for course books purchased. If course books are returned within three (3) weeks of purchase, in brand new condition, with the receipt, before the course drop date, a full refund can be issued.

NO refunds for magazines, zines, sale books and any other discounted books or items.
