Donations of books/other products. In order to make a donation request, fax (416-922-1417) or email info@womensbookstore.com your request to TWB. Please include in your request the following information: Name of the organization and a brief description of the mandate and the community/ies served, what the specific event the donation is for, date of the event, how donators will be acknowledged.

Financial donations/ads in program booklets. As a non-profit independent bookstore, TWB rarely gives financial donations and has a limited budget for purchasing ads in program books. However, in lieu of a financial contribution, different agreements can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Providing space for posters/flyers/handbills. This is a free service at TWB. We always provide space for community groups/organizations to put up a poster and have flyers to promote their events. This does not have to be arranged in advance, organizers can simply drop by with their materials and place them in the public areas. Please note that all posters for the TWB bulletin board must be approved by the staff person at the front desk.

Listing on the TWB Community Events Calendar. This is another free service that TWB offers. Either fill out a form online or send an email to the address. Be sure to include the following information; Name of the event, date, location, name of the hosting organization, contact information (either a phone number or an email address. This information MUST be included).
